We believe the best vacations aren't just about a change of scenery—they’re about a change of pace. We’re Rick and Randy, twin brothers who, along with our wives Jess and Jeni, turned a shared passion for hospitality into a family-run collection of unique getaway spots.

Our story is a tale of two very different landscapes. Half of our hearts belong to the Florida coast, where the salt air and sun-drenched docks offer the ultimate waterfront escape. The other half belongs to the Pennsylvania mountains, where the smell of pine and the crackle of a wood-burning stove provide the perfect "unplugged" sanctuary.

Because we are a family-run business, we take every detail personally. Whether you’re staying at one of our two premier Florida waterfront condos or one of our four cozy Pennsylvania mountain cabins, you’re staying in a place we’ve curated for our own kids, friends, and parents.
